D.E.L.T.A. Team and the Junior Leadership Team
DELTA stands for Dedicated Enthusiastic Loyal Teaching Assistant. Members of the D.E.L.T.A. team assist individual students while Master Gorino instructs the class. Team members are carefully selected by Master Gorino and the D.E.L.T.A. team. The team is made up of students who excel in Tae Kwon Do and stand out as leaders among their classmates. They are also very eager to assist other students. The D.E.L.T.A. team receives special training on teaching techniques as well as additional Tae Kwon Do instruction.
Younger students can become members of the Junior Leadership team. Members of this team also assist students in classes. Like the D.E.L.T.A. team, Junior Leaders learn teaching techniques and receive additional Tae Kwon Do instruction. They also learn social and professional skills at an early age.
Junior Leaders and D.E.L.T.A. Team members are given the opportunity to learn responsibility and gain leadership skills. Using these invaluable tools, the students not only help contribute to the success of the school, but also become a positive force in their community.
